These Terms of Service outline how our subscription design services work. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Reilly Works provides design services on a subscription basis. Clients may submit design requests, which will be completed one at a time, (unless subscribed to a multi-project plan).

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe
• Payments are non-refundable
• You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Service access continues until the end of the billing cycle
• Pricing is subject to change, with notice provided before changes take effect

3. Delivery & Revisions

• We work on one active request at a time (unless on a two-project plan)
• Unlimited revisions are included while your subscription is active
• Turnaround times may vary based on project complexity

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide clear project briefs and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, logos, or assets you provide

5. Intellectual Property

• Final approved designs belong to you
• Reilly Works retains rights to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless agreed otherwise
